Will Trump Prevail in 2020? (Checkers vs Chess)

 

The real battle has begun! Despite all the rhetoric from both sides, there is no doubt there are legitimate concerns about the integrity of the 2020 election. And I am pretty sure it will all shake out in the end. The only question: which candidate will prevail and be sworn into office on January 20, 2021?  

For the answer, we need to look into things that happened before as well as during the election. We also must look closely at the minds behind each. And keep in mind that President Trump quietly issued a consequential Executive Order in September of 2018 concerning election interference. That said, here is my take:

Early in 2020 the Democrat party began using the COVID scare to warrant a push for "mail-in ballots" that could be used fraudulently. That, in and of itself would not be a huge problem if it was done properly, requiring they be requested (not mailed out willy-nilly with no accountability) and requiring verification that the person  casting the ballot is legally entitled to do so. The problem became apparent to Republicans that mail-in ballots would be impossible to be vetted properly. 

 The Constitution clearly states repeatedly that only citizens may vote. That is not a suggestion, but a requirement. As with any requirement there must be a method to insure compliance. In other words, by default the Constitution declares citizenship must be checked prior to voting. Otherwise, the requirement becomes toothless - moot. This will become an important point if this election goes to the United States Supreme Court.

Now, realize that President Trump immediately called out the potential for fraud with mail-in ballots (which are different from absentee ballots which must be requested and verified). At that point, anyone familiar with Donald Trump's uncanny ability to think and plan ahead - trademark of his successes in life - well, those people understand that while others play checkers, Trump is playing chess. Here is how it likely would go down:

When mail-in ballots were first brought into the mix, Trump instantly began planning advance moves - he considered everything the Democrats were doing and planning, and was planning moves to counter every move Democrats were likely to make - sometimes even before Democrats themselves made their moves. Trump ANTICIPATED what they would do.  That is what Trump does. It is how he has been so successful in business, and in dealing with the economy, China and even peace in the Middle East. He is always a step or two ahead of his opponent.

Trump knew "the steal" was on. He knew the Democrats would  try to steal the election with fraudulent votes. (If you do not think he was ready for that, you need to take a smart pill.) But it would not be enough to simply catch them in the act. Trump was likely determined to destroy any future plans by EITHER party to compromise election integrity. His love for America exceeds his love of any party. As usual, thinking to the future. So, he let it play out. He COULD have stopped it with an Executive Order that would pass muster with SCOTUS, as most mail-in ballots and changing dates etc. were in violation of state laws.

Here is what Donald Trump and his lawyers know that most Democrats - even most Americans - do not know: if an election is contested and there is any evidence of fraud, SCOTUS would be called in to make a determination. (NOTE: this is why Trump and Republicans were so intent on pushing Amy Coney Barrett through the confirmation process so quickly - she is a Constitutional scholar, and always finds in favor of the Constitution as written).

So, the election is contested, and proof of fraud is discovered. It goes to SCOTUS. In such a case, the Constitution allows for SCOTUS to turn it over to the peoples' representatives - the House - to choose who will be President.

And if you are thinking that this would put the decision up to a Democrat majority in the House, then you are making the same mistake Speaker Pelosi is making. The Constitution clearly states that if no clear winner is determined, and it goes to the House, each STATE (not each representative) gets ONE vote. There can only be a maximum of 50 votes cast - and each vote is cast by a member representing his/her state. And the majority of states are in Republican hands.

The majority of states are Republican, unlike the majority of House members. This means California and New York will have only one vote each, just like South Dakota and Alabama.

The short take: Trump plans ahead - while Democrats play checkers, Trump is playing chess. He was likely way ahead at every step, and the eventual outcome preordained. 

That is not to say it will go down as planned, but it is a likely scenario, given with what we know of Donald Trump - the man who wins every fight that counts (so far). It could fall apart if Republican representatives do not show up to vote. But it appears Trump took all the rights steps, at the right time, and gave Democrats enough rope to hang themselves.

But one question may never be answered with certainty - who DID America vote for? Frankly, it appears obvious to those who look at who else the voters actually voted for - Republicans lost ZERO seats in Congress, and actually gained seats in the House. They gained a state governor. The people, by a large margin were voting a Republican ticket. Is it even plausible they would vote a red ticket and yet cast their vote for a Democrat at the TOP of that ticket? Common sense and critical thinking tells us that is a statistical improbability.

Earning the "Black" Vote - Facts the Media Won't Tell You

 

Traveling through VA I noticed that most Biden-Harris signs are put up by people of color. This does not surprise me. What DOES surprise me is "why". So, being a person who believes in researching facts, I stopped at several homes with Biden signs, and asked why they were supporting Biden. In every case, whether the residents were black or white, I got the same response - President Donald J Trump is "racist" and he's a "Russian agent".

Most people know both those are false, as research (other than from the media or Twitter) proves. I would then ask them, "Can I ask you one question?" Then I would ask, "Can you name even ONE THING that Trump has actually DONE that has hurt the black community? Has he passed anything that does them harm? Or can you name even ONE THING, specifically, that either Biden or Harris has ever done to HELP the black community?"

After listening to some rather non-answers I ask them if they are aware that Trump is investing 1.5 trillion dollars into "opportunity zones" to benefit poor, minority neighborhoods, for better schools, more businesses, more jobs? Obama-Biden COULD have done that in their 8 years, but they didn't.

Then I asked if they were aware that it was Joe Biden who wrote and pushed the 1994 crime bill that BY DESIGN incarcerated tens of thousands of black people for 20-life for minor crimes and first offenses, and Kamala Harris used that to put thousands of black people into prison, and that she even withheld exculpatory evidence that would have freed two blacks on death row - but did not release that evidence until AFTER they were executed?

I then reminded them that it was Trump who began setting those people free under his First Step Act of criminal justice reform. Obama-Biden had 8 years to do that - but did not.

 Then I asked if they were aware that historically black colleges and universities (HBCU's) had to go to Congress EVERY YEAR and literally beg for funding? And did they know it was Trump who decided to fund them for 10 years, automatically, and even provided more funding than they requested? Obama-Biden COULD have done that in their 8 years - but did not.

Then I ask if they aware that in the '80's and 90's when black entrepreneurs could not get funding, that it was Donald Trump who loaned them the money they needed? And were they aware that when those black business men tried paying their loans back, Donald Trump tore up their checks and told them, "Just go out and make a success of your business"?

Or did they know that when he purchased Mar-a-Lago he wanted to open it to everyone, including blacks and Jews, but due to pressure from other area resorts, the city of Palm Beach told him he could not? He sued the city and won, which forced all the other resorts to also allow blacks and Jews.

Then I asked the most important question: does that sound like a racist, or a Russian agent?

Judging from the responses I got, I think some of those Biden signs will be gone when I drive by tomorrow...

Why the House Really Doesn't Care About Bolton

Last year during the highly partisan impeachment hearings and inquiries the Democrat-controlled House issued many subpoenas in an attempt to force the President to choose between jeopardizing the power of the Presidency or to appear to be "obstructing" Congress. No matter which he chose, he would suffer harm, which was, of course, the entire purpose of the impeachment attempt.

One of those people the House subpoened was former Ambassador John Bolton.

But then something occurred that many did not understand - the House pulled that subpoena of Mr Bolton. The question is - WHY?

Two points to remember here:

1) The Democrats began to fear what Bolton would actually say, and figured his testimony might do the impeachment push insurmountable harm. They could not risk the possibility of failing to get the votes to impeach, and

2) More important, they decided than rather take that chance, they could use Bolton as a weapon to coerce the Senate to bend to the will of the House. By claiming a "cover-up" if the Senate refuses to subpoena Bolton, the Democrats again set up a win-win for themselves - if the Senate does not subpoena Bolton, the House will taint the Senate trial in the eyes of the public by claiming a cover-up. And if the Senate does subpoena him, they know his testimony, no matter which way it goes, cannot change the outcome but could possibly do damage to the Trump 2020 campaign. So, they win either way. 

The Democrats are not trying to convict Trump on their impeachment. They are only trying to tarnish him as much as possible before the election, and in the process, re-take the Senate. If they can get even a few vulnerable Republican senators to take risky votes at the trial, they just might damage them enough to flip those seats.

The Democrats know - are absolutely certain - they cannot beat Trump in 2020. But they also know they can make his re-election meaningless if they can take the Senate. Without the Senate, Trump can do nothing. He would effectively be neutered. That is just as good as beating him at the polls.

Here is the most important point - the Democrats are not really after Trump. They are after US! They need to take control of everything - what you say, read and thereby what you think. They want to control health care, guns, the news, what you eat and think. They have no use or respect for our Constitution except when it benefits them and their agenda to control. They have never liked that America is a Constitutional REPUBLIC - from Franklin Roosevelt they have actively tried to change our form of government to a democracy, which the founders actively and thoroughly opposed. But that is what the Democrats have been selling for 80 years, in their quest to control. By its very nature, a government CANNOT control a Republic, that government was kept in check by the power of each individual - our founders understood that. In a Republic the majority cannot twart the individual and his rights. But a democracy is easy to control - all you need is a simple majority, and the individual becomes a powerless peon.

In a nutshell - Democrats are not after Trump. They are after We, the People. Trump is just in their way.

Our job, regardless of anything else should be to KEEP someone "in their way", or our great nation is lost. We must keep our Republic. We must defend ALL of our natural and God-given rights against any who would try to gain more control over us by stripping away those rights. The ONLY reason they are coming out to disarm us through creeping gun controls is because it is only the 2nd Amendment that protects the rest of our rights. Without an armed citizenry, there is absolutely nothing to stop a government from stripping any and all other rights. After all, if the government has tanks and the people have only rocks to throw, what chance have we? The Second Amendment had nothing to doi with hunting. It had little to do with self-defense. founders specifically and clearly stated that the right to keep and bear arms was so the People could protect themselves from an encroaching tyrannical government - to keep them in check. They often stated, "Where a people fears its government, you have tyranny; but where a government fears the people you have liberty.

The American people are running out of time to catch on to the true agenda of the left - no, not all democrats. There are the small "d" democrats - the people who are just ordinary folks, and then there are the big "D" Democrats - the politicians with a hidden and corrupt agenda. Almost all the dangerous usurpers are the big "D" democrats in the democrat party. They are the ones pushing a progressive, or even as socialist agenda.

Frankly, I have little hope for America's future. The Progressives and socialists will eventually win because Republicans tend to be a "silent majority". It is not in the make-up of a conservative to cause trouble, or to speak out - conservatism tends to make a person content with the status quo. [NOTE: this is why almost all violent protests are on the left.] So, conservatives often don't bother to vote until they get riled. And because of the "quiet", unassuming nature of conservatives, they don't rile easily, so the progressives can slowly and methodically change the entire nation, and ultimately succeed in destroying the Republic so that they can gain, and hold, the power forever. And when that day comes - as it will - America will become just another tyrannical dictatorship.

And having succeeded at disarming us (look around - it is happening incrementally), there is nothing we will be able to do to stop them. Tanks vs rocks!

They are not after Trump. They are after us. And if we are smart, and stop sleeping on the job, we will always keep someone "in their way".

Will Republicans Win The Battle But Lose the War?

Republicans throughout the nation are pulling together to insure a Trump re-election in 2020. And from the current window, it looks increasingly like a shoe-in. It looks as though they will win the battle - but can easily lose the war!

Think about it - by focusing on the Presidential election, the eye is taken off the ball in play. If Trump wins the White house, but loses the Senate, he will be neutered. Without a Republican Senate, he will be unable to install any more Supreme Court Justices - or ANY judges at all. Trade deals will sink. Immigration reform will become "open borders". In fact, the entire Trump agenda will shrivel, and "Keep America Great" will become nothing more than a fading bumper sticker, and any hope of a "red wave" will consist only of the tears of conservatives having lost any hope of limited government.

The purpose of this post is to wake Republicans up. All Republicans in every state. Don't worry about Trump - he'll be re-elected because he has been keeping his promises to make America great again. But to KEEP it great will require getting out there and giving full, strong support to every Republican running for the Senate and the House in your district.

Make no mistake - Pelosi is NOT trying to take down Trump - she gave up on that because she sees what we all see - he will likely sweep. Instead, she is keenly focused on putting Republican Senators from swing districts into tight spots by forcing them to take positions that their districts may not favor. For example, Senators like Cory Gardner and Susan Collins, both from "blue" states, will be forced to vote on convicting or exonerating Trump on the impeachment charges.

We can count on Pelosi stooping as far as necessary to usurp Republicans in Senate and House races. She will use every dirty trick she can dream up. She will spin like a gyroscope, and lie like Baghdad Bob. Be prepared for it, and support your Republican candidates at every level of government.

We do not need to Congress to be "red" forever, but we do need to turn it red for at least four more years if we are to give Trump what he needs to finish the job of making - and keeping - America great.

Democrats in Massive Cover-up Mode

Despite Democrats trying to claim that the impeachment push and their many "investigations" are not political and are for the purpose of protecting America from corruption, the opposite is actually true. All of the efforts of the Democrats in D.C., and most of the media is designed for one purpose only - to cover up their corrupting of our democracy.

Unelected Obama-era CIA, DOJ and the State Department personnel have created a vicious and powerful "Deep State" that is, in and of itself, a silent coup. The evidence has been substantiated by investigative reporters like John Solomon and Sara Carter. But most Americans will never know, because the mainstream media like the New York Times, CNN, Google, Yahoo and Twitter are also run by the radical left, and they refuse to tell the truth - and as we have seen over and over, they often resort to fake news - outright lies.

They have been manipulating America for years, using their vast power and resources to run things by keeping citizens uninformed and by using propaganda to convince the people that all is well - just "sit back, shut up and do what you are told."

But with Trump in the Oval Office and Barr as AG, and with the Durham report coming out soon, the Democrats, the media and the deep state are scared to death - it could all unravel. America might actually get a look behind the curtain, to see a little, hateful, power-mad wizard pulling all the strings. They cannot allow that to happen - decades of building their authoritarian society, since the liberal revolution of the '60's is about to be rendered into mash, if Trump and Republicans have their way.

Decades of taking over the media and our educational system was on the verge of giving the radical left complete control of the country, now in jeopardy as Trump attempts to drain the swamp.

The impeachment and untold investigations are a smokescreen, to cover up what they have been doing.

If anyone doubts this, just look at the insane positions they are suddenly taking, designed to destroy, not build. Support of terrorists like Antifa. Refusing to support (and even hand-cuffing) law enforcement. Support of violent protests. Pushing late term and even after birth abortions. Fighting for open borders and taxpayer funding for health care and education for illegal aliens. Sanctuary cities that allow non-citizen criminals to terrorize the population, unchecked. Banning everything, and ignoring Constitutional rights of free speech, religion, association, and even due process. Even their refusal to look into the REAL scandals, like the Biden-Ukraine debacle or the Hillary Clinton crimes of destroying emails for which there was a subpoena. Or the apparent "pay-for-play" scam known as the Clinton Foundation.

The Democrats in D.C., with the help of their handlers in the media and the useful idiots in our educational institutions have been openly destroying the very fabric of our Republic, all while telling the people that such changes are "social justice".

But now they are scared of being outed for the corrupt anti-democracy bunch that they are. In desperation they are turning up the heat, trying to create a smokescreen and to derail efforts to drain that swamp.

Republicans, led by Trump, are draining the swamp. And the swamp creatures are fighting back.

House Democrts - Patriots? Or Traitors?

Nancy Pelosi makes a point of calling herself and House Democrats patriotic because they are pushing for impeachment, to hold the President "accountable". And I could buy that - IF there was something that Trump did wrong to be held accountable for.

Here is the point: the House Democrats pushing impeachment are not trying to impeach based on the actual content of Trumps call to Zelensky. No, they are trying to impeach based on a made up interpretation of the call, highlighted at a recent hearing by Schiff's "parody"! They interpret the call as a strong-arm attempt to "get dirt on Biden", but nowhere in the actual transcript is any of that evident. All Trump did was ask the Ukrainians to look into a possible scandal that, if true, would affect our national security and future elections. In other words, Trump simply asked them to find out if there was any "there there". Not illegal. Not unethical. But it is his job.

But what the Democrats are doing IS unethical. Pushing impeachment based on an interpretation of hearsay, and not on the actual facts is not only undemocratic but un-American as well. In doing so, they are giving aid and comfort to our enemies by doing their dirty work for them.

And "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" is the legal definition of treason. In my opinion that makes Pelosi, Schiff, AOC and the rest of the impeachment pushers nothing less than traitors.

As for Schiff - he should be kicked out of office for outright lying repeatedly to the American People. There is something inherently wrong when it is a felony for a citizen to lie to Congress, but there is no consequence when Congress lies to the citizens. Under the Constitution we are all supposed to be held to the same laws, equally. If that were true in reality, Schiff would be doing hard time in a federal prison, which is how it should be!

If he ever gets re-elected, then we should convene a committee to investigate what is in the water in his district, because they are nuts.

Hillary's Latest (Libelous) Lie

We have become so accustomed to Hillary Clinton lying her butt off that it no longer surprises us. But this latest one - which is a proven lie - is so extreme, and so libelous as to garner attention.

In her latest rant, Clinton states that Trump is "running a cheap extortion racket". This, she claims is proven by his placing a hold on money slated for the Ukraine unless the Ukranian president investigates the Biden scandal.

However, none of the facts are on her side, and actually debunk her lie right from the outset.

While it is true that Trump placed a temporary hold on the money, the two critical components of extortion OR quid pro-quo are absent - at the time Trump made the call to the Ukrainian president, the Ukraine had not even discovered the funds had been placed on hold, and Trump never mentioned it in his call. It is impossible to commit extortion - or even quid pro-quo if the "victim" knows nothing about it.

The Ukraine has always had a very corrupt government as everyone recognizes. The new president of the Ukraine, recently elected, promised reform. I suspect Trump delayed payment until he felt comfortable that it was not going to a still corrupt government, and his call with the Ukranian president was likely designed to instill confidence that the money would not be used for evil.

I do believe that is what a good President does - he looks out for America, and fights corruption.

"Trump retweets post alleging without evidence..."

NBC "news" is so duplicitous that they are not worthy of anyone's time. Today they published that "President Donald Trump retweeted a conspiracy theory on Saturday evening alleging without evidence that former President Bill Clinton was connected to the death of wealthy financier and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein..."

Think about that - NBC is complaining the a Republican "alleged without evidence." These are the same liberal "news" people who had no problem with the "allegations without evidence" in connection with the Kavanaugh hearings, or the alleging without evidence that Trump was a Russian agent, or any one of a dozen other instances.

NBC and all the other dishonest, misleading, deceiving hypocrites on the left have no problem being so one-sidedly duplicitous. They constantly engage in all the bad behavior they accuse the right of doing. It's called "projection". It's also called being two-faced.

The people are getting wise. If the left keeps up with their hypocrisy and double-dealing, double-talking crap, they will be "projecting" themselves right out of business.
