As people flee the cities en masse to escape civil unrest and draconian lockdown measures, they need housing elsewhere, and the "elsewhere" is the suburbs and rural areas. Thanks to "supply & demand", the price of housing in those areas is skyrocketing. If you know the tricks of the trade (see below), you can take advantage of the profits from that migration.

Even in urban metro areas there is huge potential to profit. As cities empty, the prime, expensive property in those areas drop in value precipitously. An investor who knows how to take advantage is in a postion to pick up massive bargains, as prime properties once worth a fortune become bargains. Why would you want to control (not necessarily own) such properties? Because they will very quickly regain their value once things settle down. By learning how to take over control of a property from desperate sellers, even without buying them, you will be able to cash in when things turn around. Control of property is just as good as owning it.

The (Strong) Case Against Forced Vaccinations, Masks & Lockdowns

 

This is not a dissertation on whether or not vaccinations, masks or lockdowns are good or bad. It is simply about whether or not people should be forced to cede their God-given human rights to any authoritarians that believe they know what is best for us, and wishes to impose his or her will on others, regardless of the reason.

Dictators dictate.They are tyrants. In America, tyranny is not permitted. And tyrants will always find an excuse for their authoritarianism. Today, that excuse is Covid-19, whether it is mask mandates, or forced vaccination, or contact tracing. And there is no doubt that any "leader" who leads by force is not governing - he or she is not leading at all. They are RULING, by force and decree. And that is also in violation of the Constitution and even our basic rights as humans. America was founded on the first principle of self-rule, and our elected leaders are chosen to serve the people, not rule over them. The people, not the leaders, are supreme according to the Constitution, and our rights do not become mere privileges by a decree of elected officials or their un-elected appointees. Nothing changes that - not war (interment of Japanese in WWII "for the public safety" was illegal), not natural disaster (it was illegal during hurricane Katrina for leaders to confiscate guns "for public safety") or disease (it would be illegal to mandate masks or vaccines) even under the pretext of  the "public safety".

Uninformed people might use the reasoning that no person has a right to endanger the lives of others, which may be true to an extent. Yet, that is done every time a person imbibes in alcohol, or gets behind the wheel. We put others peoples' lives in jeopardy every day, and we all accept those risks. But more to the point...

A person who does not wear a mask (which studies have repeatedly shown are useless in controlling spread of a virus) is not endangering anyone if he or she is not infected. The uninfected cannot spread anything. And even if he/she becomes infected, if the infection is known, THAT person must be quarantined until the infection is gone, but if the infection is not known (asymptomatic), studies have shown and the CDC concurs that asymptomatic people cannot spread a virus. And even if they could,  he or she can only infect others who have CHOSEN to take the same risk and not wear a mask. That is THEIR choice to make. Each of us has a right to choose the risks we are willing to accept, whether it is the risk of a dangerous vocation (i.e. soldier, telephone lineman), or the risk of infection by not wearing a mask. Even if EVERY PERSON who chooses not to wear a mask (or get a vaccine) were to become infected and even die, that is STILL THEIR CHOICE! Our bodies, our choice. Such people pose zero threat to anyone else but those other independent people making that same choice. If a person can choose to be a soldier and risk death, or drive a car and risk other peoples' lives as well as his own, then that same person has the right to not wear a mask or accept a vaccine.

If I do not get the vaccine, I am no threat to those who have been vaccinated. And while I could pose a threat to other non-vaccinated people, they, like myself, CHOSE that risk, which is the God given right of every human. If they are unwilling to accept that risk, they can simply get vaccinated.

The same is true with lockdowns, which, by the way, have been proven to exacerbate the pandemic. But that is not the issue. The issue is this - those who CHOOSE to "play it safe" are perfectly free to stay home. Those who accept the risks of being out and about, enjoying life, are entitled to THEIR choice, since it threatens no one who chooses to stay home. In the end, the revelers enjoying life may or may not take losses (their choice) but will end up with herd immunity, and able to enjoy life to it's fullest. But those who locked down must eventually come out - and they will NOT have herd immunity. The virus will still be there, waiting for them. They gave up their freedoms and  destroyed their lives for naught.

Officials in Sweden knew this, and they are doing fine. But in every country that utilized lockdowns, and mandated the wearing of masks are suffering a new bout of the virus, because the virus is STILL THERE, and those countries did not allow herd immunity to build.

As for a vaccine - even Bill Gates admitted a Covid-19 vaccine could kill 700,000 people. That's nearly as bad as the virus itself! And it is likely to only be 40% effective, like other flu vaccines. And it will not protect for life, as herd immunity would - the vaccine must be taken each year.

On a side note: vaccines work by suppressing the immune system, which sets the stage for other diseases to wrack the body later. The REASON the virus kills people is because our immune systems are already compromised by countless other vaccines,  poor nutrition, underlying conditions and age. That is precisely why it kills mostly the elderly and those with underlying conditions. And studies indicate that many of those underlying conditions were caused by immune systems already weakened, often by previous vaccines.

As for masks - the REAL scientific studies - even the ones originally promoted by the CDC and W.H.O. - have shown time and again that masks simply do not work, and can even make things worse. You can find all those legitimate studies online. Or, you can simply believe the misinformation being put out there by the mainstream media which is fed to them by the very people who have a financial stake in vaccines (Fauci & Gates, by the way, are heavily invested in ALL of the vaccines being created).

And that - money - is the very reason the FDA (funded primarily by Big Pharma), mainstream media and so many of the "experts" are trying to push Hydroxychloroquine off the table. If it is proven effective, they will ALL lose billions.

And here is the reason they will have no legal authority to mandate vaccines - in 1905 the Supreme Court determined that vaccines could be mandated, BUT ONLY IF THERE WERE NO OTHER OPTIONS, and ONLY if there were a real crisis. There are other therapeutic options for Covid (HCQ), AND it is no longer a crisis. More importantly, in 1905 they believed things about vaccines that we now know are not true; that they can be very dangerous and harmful, and efficacy is low.

That's it, folks. But be forewarned - many elected officials, doing the bidding of those with a financial interest, WILL try to mandate masks (to make you more willing to get the vaccine so you can go back to normal) and WILL try to implement forced vaccinations, and the subsequent tracking that will lead to a New World Order, where freedoms and individuality will not - cannot - be tolerated.

Whether or not they succeed depends on YOU. Only we, the People have the power to stop them. But the real question is - do we have the will to fight for our lives, our freedom, our country?

It Was NEVER About A Corona Virus

For months America and the world has been in the grip of a "pandemic", and although the media, government officials and medical "experts" are all working overtime to convince us this is close to an EE (extinction event), it is not. In fact, this entire "crisis" was never even about a virus, and those who have taken the time to do their research know that. I have posted much of the research in previous blog posts, so I will not be wasting too much time on that. The purpose of this post is to show how a variety of powerful groups and individuals have used this corona virus as a "front", to push their insidious agendas, each with their own purpose, but all toward the same end - total control. All the marbles!


There are multiple groups involved in this worldwide scam, and some have agendas that overlap, and many of the individual participants are involved in more than one. Here are the most obvious with a few examples as to who:

• Supporters of eugenics (Globalists, Bill Gates, George Soros, Planned Parenthood) see this virus, if kept going long enough, to be the answer to their prayers of being rid of the "unfit" 
• Globalists/elites who are using this crisis to push their own agenda of a globalist society they control (Bill Gates, George Soros, Dr Anthony Fauci, Dr Birx, the Clinton's, the Bush's, The Obama's, celebrities)
• Democrats who see this crisis as a vehicle to retake control of the Congress and White House (almost All Democrat politicians, celebrities, George Soros)
• Other progressives and "socialist" liberals who view the crisis to be a useful tool to promote socialism (Bernie Sanders, Bernie supporters, George Soros, some celebrities and some Democrats)
• Profiteers like big drug companies and those trying to make and push vaccines (Bill Gates, big pharma, Dr Fauci - again)

First, as to why I call this a scam. There is no such thing as a "virus" - not one has ever been isolated, and not even the CDC can provide a sample. This, whatever the cause, is only a FLU, all of which are fabricated in labs. The scam starts when those groups USE that, intentionally make it worse, all to push their agendas. They inflate the scam 100 fold with PCR tests, which do NOT test for Covid-19. In fact, a PCR test will read positive for ANY corona virus, including any flu, or even the common cold. Then they use the media to stoke up fear among the masses, making the people vulnerable and pliable, willing to give up liberty in exchange for safety. They blame almost all deaths on the virus, inflating the mortality rate times 100 to keep building on those fears. They push local/state governments into suspending  people's rights, illegally, and the people just allow them to do that, in the name of safety. And they do all that with an intent to fundamentally change the American form of government; to grab more power for themselves at the expense of the people they are supposed to serve - people like Bill Gates, Doctors Fauci & Birx, the CDC and W.H.O. And, of course - to line their pockets from the greatest mass distribution of wealth the world has ever seen - trillions will be stolen from the economy using fake "vaccines", and closing small businesses to funnel all spending to big businesses like Amazon and WalMart.


All those groups want the same thing, but for different reasons. Left unchecked, the result will be the same - the few globalist elites in complete charge and control over the entire world, with the rest of us serving them, or, if any people fail to serve them well, to be eliminated so as not to waste precious resources (per Henry Kissinger, David Rockefeller & Bill Gates).

Manufactured Crisis - the Facts Behind the Corona Virus Conspiracy

Was this entire "WuHan China Virus" crisis a created, planned event"?


In 2010 Bill Gates, an avowed globalist gave a speech (on video) where he stated he wanted to use vaccines and other means to reduce the world population by up to 15%. That is EUGENICS - killing off the "unfit". The "unfit" are whichever groups of people the globalist elites don't want in "their" world. It probably would not include you unless you have a skill they need, in which case you would be a "kept" person.


Gates also publicly proposes a vaccine that would include a nanotechnological "tracking" device, allowing everyone to be tracked - where they go, what they do, what they buy (finger touch to make purchases). Keep this in mind, as well, as such a device gives globalists complete and total control over "the masses".



The Gates Foundation, along with other globalists and supporters of eugenics like George Soros, fund a lab in WuHan China - the Wuhan Institute of Virology - the likely place this virus began


NOTE: Dr. Anthony Fauci, "coincidentally"  another globalist,  is connected to the Gates Foundation and W.H.O., which is also a globalist United Nations institution, and he funded the virology lab in Wuhan where the virus was created and released upon an unsuspecting world.


Meanwhile, the Gates foundation funded vaccines in Africa for various things, including tetanus and polio. The vaccines killed many people, and in one case was used to sterilize women.


October 18, 2019, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation co-sponsors "Event 201", held in New York City. Event 201 apparently was a 3.5-hour pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic. Bear in mind - this event was held just ONE MONTH prior to the first known case of WuHan Virus that likely originated from the Gates funded WuHan lab.


This entire "crisis" has gone down seamlessly according to the "Event 201" simulation by the Gates Foundation. Right down to the present time, where...

• Our rights are being stripped from us through the use of fear
• potential cures, like hydroxychloroquine are being trashed by globalist elites
• many states and even nations are now talking about "mandatory" vaccinations for a virus no more dangerous than the flu, according to recent studies
• Development of new therapies such as those utilizing UV light are being road-blocked by globalists who prefer their "vaccine", of course - that is the entire purpose of this crisis

The short take:


Almost without exception globalists are supporters of eugenics - killing of undesireables, leaving Earth's resources to themselves. To this end they will force deadly "vaccines", create severe, long-term food shortages and inter dissenters in concentration camps under the auspices of "public safety.


These same globalists fund the Wuhan labs, W.H.O. and nearly all vaccine research worldwide.


These same globalists control the Mainstrean Media. Almost ALL of it! The media is used to foment the fear necessary to prime the masses for a mandatory vaccine


Think about it. This is not some "conspiracy theory". These are facts. The only thing I am doing is putting them in order, to make it more visible.

CoVID19 - Natural Occurrence - or Biological Warfare?

"BEIJING (AP) — Scientists in the city at the center of China’s virus outbreak have applied to patent a drug, remdesivir, made by U.S. company Gilead Sciences Inc. to treat the disease, possibly fueling conflict over technology policy that helped trigger Washington’s tariff war with Beijing. The government-run Wuhan Institute of Virology said this week it applied for the patent in January"

Let's look at a little history...

In 2002 a new, unheard of deadly virus, SARS, came out of China. In 2019, another new, unheard of deadly virus, CoVid19, came out of China. Is this a coincidence, or biological warfare?

Now let's look a bit deeper, based on existing facts as we now understand them

• The epidemic began in WuHan, Hubei, China in November 2019 when the virus was released from the WuHan lab and began spreading rapidly in December 2019
• In January 2020 - just weeks later - China applies for a patent for Remdevisir, a drug apparently designed to "cure" ebola, and now  CoVid-19
• By February 2020, the spread of the virus in China leveled off, and the vast majority of confirmed cases was deemed "recovered", according to Chinese officials. In China, people stopped dying of CoVid-19, apparently
• In the rest of the world, recoveries are nearly non-existent as of March 17, 2020, and the virus continues to spread

This would lead most intelligent people to be more than just a little suspicious.  And while there is no empirical proof of the following, I contend it makes a lot more sense than any other possibilities being floated. So, here goes a hypothesis:

In 2002, China's biological warfare scientists create a deadly virus designed to decimate enemy populations in their quest for what they had already publicly stated - to be the dominant world power by 2035. Dubbed SARS, the coronavirus was only moderately effective - it did not spread fast enough nor far enough, and did not decimate.

China's biological warfare scientists go back to the drawing board.  At Wuhan Institute of Virology in Hubei province, where we know there is a lab that works with biologics (and reportedly financed, in part or whole, by eugenicist George Soros), another deadly coronavirus is developed in 2019. The same lab is tasked with finding a vaccine, or cure, for CoVid-19.

Now, China has a deadly virus, and before unleashing it, created the antidote, remdevisir, for which they applied for a patent. The actual drug was developed in Wuhan by a U.S. company, Gilead Science Inc. But because China owns anything created by American companies in China, China gets to file for the patent. They, and they alone own it.

Now the time has come to test both the virus and the antidote. They release a tiny amount of the virus in a local open air market, as a cover, since such places are seen as breeding grounds for disease.

It spreads, Fast. And many die. China now knows exactly the efficacy of their weapon, and set out with their antidote to stop the spread in China, knowing it has already done its job and has begun to spread across the globe. The Chinese victims still alive are given the antidote resulting in an unbelievable rate of recovery. It is no longer an epidemic in China. Or so it seems - Remdesivir may not be a true cure, and is not even necessary whereas we have hydroxychloroquine which works pretty well...

The rest of the world, however, is being ravaged. Populations, it appears, may well be decimated, and not just from the "virus". Deaths caused by lockdowns, depression, drug overdoses are escalating faster than deaths from Covid, and masks, which many are wearing thinking they will help (they will not) and likely yo be mandated, long ago were proven to instill harm to the human body and will prove to be the great, silent killer due to oxygen depletion and re-inhaling toxins the lungs were trying to get rid of. And as a sweet bonus - the economies of the free world nations are crumbling as panic takes over and common sense flies out the window.

It is now March 17, 2020. And if China does, indeed, have a cure, it is only a question of time before they make it available to a panicking world population - at whatever cost they want to assess, perhaps at $1000 or more a pop. The world would be at their mercy.

But all is not necessarily lost. American ingenuity and spirit may well prevail by coming up with their own antidote. But unlike China, who appears to have already had it in readiness, we would be coming forth after the fact - after a lot of health and financial damage has been done.

Again, we can just chalk all the known events up to coincidence.

I don't believe in that much coincidence...
